Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using the Paact application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.
Description of Service
Paact is a family-oriented app that helps parents and children manage challenges and rewards using a virtual star system. The App is designed for use by parents/guardians with their children.
User Responsibilities
- The App is intended to be set up and managed by a parent or legal guardian.
- You are responsible for all content you create within the App (challenges, rewards, child profiles).
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your parental PIN.
- You must not use the App for any unlawful purpose.
Subscriptions and Payments
Paact offers the following subscription plans:
- Monthly: 2.99€/month
- Annual: 14.99€/year
- Lifetime: 29.99€ (one-time purchase)
All subscription plans include a 7-day free trial (except Lifetime). After the free trial period ends, your payment method will be automatically charged for the subscription amount unless you cancel before the trial ends.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the rate of the selected plan.
- You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your Account Settings on the App Store after purchase.
- Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
Free Features
Paact can be used for free with one child profile. All core features (challenges, rewards, star tracking, history) are available in the free version. A Premium subscription is required to add more than one child profile.
Data and Privacy
All family data (child profiles, challenges, rewards) is stored locally on your device. We collect anonymous usage analytics to improve the App. For complete details, please see our Privacy Policy.
Intellectual Property
The Paact app, including its design, code, graphics, and content, is the property of BELLASOR. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BELLASOR shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use the App.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
Governing Law
These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
